冶金球磨機工作原理
球磨機的主體是一個水平裝在兩個大型軸承上的低速回轉筒體.它由電動機通過減速機及周邊大齒輪減速傳動、或由低速同步電機直接通過周邊大齒輪減速傳動.了驅動筒體回轉,筒體內部裝有適當的磨礦介質-鋼球.磨礦介質在離心力的作用下,被提升到一定高度,并呈拋落或泄落狀態下,被磨制的物料由給料口連續進入筒體內部,被運動的磨礦介質粉碎,并通過溢流和連續給料的力量將產品排出機外,以進行下一道工序處理.
由給料部(bu)、出(chu)料部(bu)、回轉部(bu)、傳動部(bu)(減速機,小傳動齒輪,電(dian)機,電(dian)控(kong))等主(zhu)要部(bu)分組(zu)成.中空軸采(cai)用鑄(zhu)鋼件,內(nei)襯(chen)可(ke)拆換,回轉大齒輪采(cai)用鑄(zhu)件滾(gun)齒加工(gong),筒(tong)體內(nei)鑲(xiang)有耐(nai)磨襯(chen)板,具有良好的耐(nai)磨性.本機運(yun)轉平穩(wen),工(gong)作可(ke)靠.
